Ben has over 10 years of experience in customer service management including 6 years in the real estate industry. As one of our highly trained leasing manager's, Ben is responsible for helping place highly qualified tenants. Potential tenants work with Ben throughout the application process.
As our Maintenance Manager Ben is responsible for handling maintenance requests from tenants. Ben will resolve minor issues with the tenant directly resulting in very little and most commonly no cost to the owner. When a bigger issue arises, Ben will contact the owner to help work out a manageable solution and insure all parties are appropriately cared for.
