Ben has over 9 years of experience in customer service management including several years specific to the real estate industry. As one of our highly trained leasing manager's, Ben is responsible for helping place highly qualified tenants. Potential tenants work with Ben throughout the application process. Owners will hear from Ben when he is requesting an application approval once an applicant meets our standards.
As our Maintenance Manager Ben is responsible for handling maintenance requests from tenants. Ben will resolve minor issues with the tenant directly resulting in very little and most commonly no cost to the owner. When a bigger issue arises, Ben will contact the owner to help work out a manageable solution and insure all parties are appropriately cared for.

Kristen holds an MBA in Accounting from one of Salt Lake's most prestigious post-secondary institutions, Westminster College. Kristen has been involved with property management for over eight years. As the Accounting & Business Manager, Kristen insures all rents and bills are collected in a timely fashion. She also handles disbursements of all payments to property owners.
